What are my delivery options?
Next Day Delivery If your choosen product is available for Next Day Delivery it will be delivered the next working day after the order is placed.
All Next Day Deliveries must be placed before 12.30pm in order to be delivered the following day. Deliveries are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 9am and 6pm.
Day of Choice - If your chosen item is in stock you can choose the day you would like it to be delivered from Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm. Please contact us to request a delivery date on 01406259121.
Saturday deliveries are available upon request but a surcharge will be incurred due to weekend rates. Please contact the customer services team if you would like a Saturday delivery.

Can you confirm an exact delivery time slot?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer an exact delivery time as our courier operates an all day delivery service between 7am and 7pm.

Will the driver deliver the goods into my home?
In most cases our delivery company can only deliver the ordered item the front door of the main building; drivers are not permitted to take goods upstairs.
If you reside in an apartment or block of flats the delivery man will deliver to the lobby only as they are not insured to enter private premises. If you require assistance positioning the product you must arrange this yourself.

Refunds & Return
Damaged/Faulty Items
Every care is taken to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, however if you receive your item damaged or faulty please contact our sales team immediately upon receipt on 01406259121 or email [email protected] You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report any missing, damaged or faulty items, we are unable to process a claim for a replacement any later than 7 working days.
1. We advise to always inspect your item(s) immediately upon receipt.
2. The delivery note must be signed as 'damaged' for us to process a damage claim.
3. If you discover damages/fault/missing parts these must be reported within 3 working days.
4. Any claim must be made via telephone (01406259121) and followed up by an e-mail ([email protected] supported by photographic evidence. We aim to respond within 1 working day.
5. Returns can only be accepted in the original packaging and condition received.
6. Once a member of our sales team has received a claim, within 7 days of receipt, we will arrange for your faulty/damaged item(s) to be collected free of charge and a replacement will be sent to you at no extra cost. Alternatively, we will issue you a full refund once we have received delivery of the damaged/faulty item(s). We will issue all refunds less 1.5% if paid by card within 30 days.
7.For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on mattresses unless they are returned unused and in their original packaging
Instances when you cannot return an item for a refund:
Bespoke or made to order items are non-refundable.
Cancellations
If you would like to exchange or return your item(s) please contact our sales team on email [email protected] to discuss the procedure. You have 7 working days from the date of delivery to cancel your order. If your order is dispatched and you wish to cancel your order before receiving delivery a return charge will be applied.
1. We will require a written confirmation to [email protected] stating your request to cancel your order, please provide a brief explanation as to why you have chosen to cancel your order; this will help us improve our service.
2. We aim to respond within 2 working days to confirm the cancellation and details of the refund amount due.
3. Once a member of our sales team has received a cancellation request, within 7 days of receipt, we will arrange for the item to be collected and returned to our warehouse. Once we have received the item/s and confirmed they are in the same condition as sent and unused, you will be issued a refund less 5% if paid by card within 30 days. The return charges are non-refundable. Please contact a member of our sales team to discuss return charges incurred at [email protected]
4. If you fail to take care of the good(s) before they are returned to us and these results in damage or deterioration, you will be charged for the reduction in value.
5. For your security and protection, all refunds are issued by the same method which the payment was made by.
This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations by us
Freitaslaf Net Ltd reserves the right to cancel your order if:
- There is an error on our website
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods to you.
- We experience an error on our suppliers' behalf.
